Shipping Policy

Shipping In India

  • We offer free shipping within India for all orders. For certain Remote Locations within India we may charge an extra amount depending on the surcharge / additional charges as levied by the courier agency.

  • Please ensure you provide us with the complete details of the person being shipped to. If you require product to be delivered on any particular date, please write to us on CONTACT US . We will try our best to deliver on the requested date.

Transit Time

  • We ship all orders through fastest possible & reputed courier services who deliver within 4-7 working days(post dispatch) or more depending on the location. These dates are not binding on us as a third party provides the service.

  • For shipping overseas, the delivery time may vary from 4-10 working days(post dispatch) depending on the destination. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays from the carriers end.

Transit & Charges

  • We will provide you with the tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched. The Entire order will be shipped once all the products are available. Any inward taxes or duties as applicable in line with the laws of the respective country or state will have to be borne by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Of Shipments

  • All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is damaged kindly email the customer care for Return procedure within 48 hours of delivery. The decision to accept returns rests solely with the Vilaasa team.

  • All refunds will be processed after the product has been received and verified.

  • The photos of all products are taken under neutral lighting conditions, and we make the best possible effort to reproduce the exact color. Sometimes the colors may look different due to the temperature of your monitor and/or device settings.

  • We do not Entertain any returns or exchange on products that were customized or which has undergone alterations.

  • Products thus returned must be unused and should be in original condition and packaging and must be sent along with original bills & tags. We do recommend to wash the product at the earliest to test the color retention, and to wash off any treatment for printing etc. But the return is to be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product if it is found damaged, loss of color can be initiated within 7 days.

  • In the unlikely event that your product has arrived damaged please take photographs of the consignment and share the same with us 

  • Lastly, the exchange facility shall only be provided once and for all. Repetitive exchange request shall not be entertained.

  • We aim to offer you the best in class quality products worked hard on by the artisans. Kindly acknowledge the hard work and accept the minor imperfections which are bound to be there.
